Our Pre-purchase report will provide you with an independent, unbiased assessment of the condition of the property.
The report covers all key aspects of the buildings & the property allowing you to make an informed decision before you commit to the purchase. You will also be able to factor in costs for any repair works that might be necessary in the future.
The combined Pre-Purchase Building & Pest Inspections are carried out in conjunction with Pest Control Services, a fully accredited and experienced Pest Inspection Service. A separate report will be provided for the Pest Inspection.

Step 1
You or your sales agent, can contact us to book an appointment time.
Step 2
We liaise with your sales agent, on your behalf, so we can arrange a time that suits all parties.
Step 3
Our company carries out the inspection (time duration will depend on size of property approx. 1.5 - 2 hours)
Step 4
Following the inspection, our Inspector will contact you.
We will phone and give you a verbal report, after which a written report will be emailed out to you. If you do not have an email address a hard copy will be posted out.
